Marlon Millner successfully defended his dissertation, “Without the Body, Within the Flesh – Blackness, Biopolitics, Spirit Baptism, and the Exilic Afterlife of Pentecostalism” on July 24th, 2023.
Dr. Marlon Millner will be joining Northern Illinois University in the Fall as the director of the Center for Black Studies, while also serving as an affiliated faculty member in the Sociology Department.
